Customizing what you want to order for an embroidered product has so many variables that it
is so hard to attempt to create an order form for this.  Remember Occam's razor: the simplest
strategy tends to be the best one.  Send us an email (or snail mail) of what you are looking for.
We will work it up, and send you an estimate of the cost.  DO NOT SEND ANY MONEY at this time. 
Remember to include:

1. What you want embroidered (shirt, jacket, etc.)
2. What design(s) you want placed.
3. Where you want the design(s) placed.
4. If you want a message embroidered with design(s).
5. What font and placement style you would like used.

We will attach a printout of the embroidery blueprint for you to approve.
